Shipping policy
Please note the processing time for orders is 1 business day which is separate from shipping time.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
Shipping During Hot Weather
We understand that UPS and USPS are responsible for the delivery and handling of packages, and we cannot be held responsible for melted chocolate, candy, gummies and other confectionery products, due to environmental factors during transit by the carrier, such as temperature, humidity, and air pressure, that are out of Exoticers’ control. All of our products are carefully packed in an air conditioned facility and we can not guarantee that the package will not be exposed to extreme temperatures during transit. Therefore, customers should be aware that their order may be affected by these external conditions. Exoticers does not have the ability to guarantee that any product will remain in its original form during transit.
We may offer to purchase Insulated Mailers with Ice packs, but still doesn't guarantee protection.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the scheduled delivery date of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@exoticers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note if USPS P.O. BOX ONLY CARRIER USPS WILL BE ALLOWED.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@exoticers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
